Proactive Visual Command
The Velocity Layer
No more digging through dense tables. Critical insights surface visually. Planners decide at a glance, not after hours of data work.
WHY Our Reason to exist
Your best people spend their days managing complexity. Manufacturing still
runs on static systems built to plan against a frozen horizon—while reality
shifts every hour.
That’s why we build TVINN: the Production Navigation System.
02 How
ERP shows the map.
TVINN navigates in real time.
Three principles replace the planning playbook of the last twenty years.
The Velocity Layer
No more digging through dense tables. Critical insights surface visually. Planners decide at a glance, not after hours of data work.
Autonomous Continuity
Data is never perfect—and it doesn’t need to be. TVINN’s bridge logic fills gaps automatically and self-heals. The plant never stops because of a software flaw.
Collaborative Consensus
A live simulation sandbox replaces rigid plans. When disruption hits, TVINN computes alternative realities. Sales, Production and Procurement align in minutes, not meetings.
03 What
Production has never lacked software. PPS, APS, MES and ERP modules have existed for decades, but they were built to create, manage and optimize plans. Reality doesn’t care about plans. It changes by the hour.
What manufacturing has been missing is a system built to navigate that reality. A layer that sits beside your ERP and decides what to do next, learning every time reality breaks the plan. It doesn’t replace your ERP. It gives it the ability to navigate.

04 The Modules
One system, three modules in motion. Each one replaces a tool you’re fighting today.
Operational
Replan with a single drag. Achieve supply–demand balance even in volatile conditions, for seamless production and minimal disruptions.
Operational
The right job, every time. Maximize resource efficiency with advanced machine scheduling that optimizes workflows and minimizes downtime.
Tactical
One-click diagnosis. Gain full transparency into your materials to detect unhealthy ones early and act before it becomes expensive.
05 The Business Case
Across our first pilots with industrial manufacturers, we've validated the same pattern site by site: inventory down 30–40%, planner productivity up 25–40%, zero stockouts during the TVINN pilot window.

06 In Their Words
With TVINN, our planners have moved from repetitive scheduling to truly data-driven, intelligent decision-making.

SVP Global Production • GEA AG
The transparency TVINN provides has huge potential. Its intuitive interface can significantly accelerate planning and identify unhealthy materials with one click.
Susan Bear
CTO • GREDE
TVINN truly empowers planners by building software around their real needs. Developing solutions from the user’s perspective is the only right way forward.
Peter Egner
VP Supply Chain & Logistics Automotive • Schaeffler AG
The ability to rapidly replan has become a decisive competitive advantage. I value TVINN’s approach of targeting a core pain point with modern, AI-driven methods.

07 The Foundation
08 The Team
The founders started TVINN in 2024. Since then, 10+ full-time employees have joined—engineers, planners and researchers building from the shop floor up. Based in Berlin.
09 Newsroom
Our CEO Simon had the honour of representing TVINN on the German Federal Government’s official delegation to China. What stayed with us most was the delegation itself—board members, Mittelstand leaders and startups in the same room, genuinely exchanging.
We were honored to be one of a select group of Berlin startups personally invited to the Welcome to Berlin dialogue by Berlin State Senator for Economy, Energy and Enterprise Franziska Giffey.
Last week, our CEO Simon took part in a Round Table discussion with Mr. Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce & Industry of India, together with leaders from German industry and Indian businesses. India is one of the fastest-growing manufacturing markets worldwide—and therefore a strategically important region for TVINN.
Together with around 100 strategic suppliers, we discussed the future of manufacturing under the motto “Ready for the next move.” Manufacturing is no longer a planning problem—it’s a navigation problem, and that’s why we’re building the next generation of the Production Navigation System.
We attended an exclusive business roundtable at the Haus der Deutschen Wirtschaft in Berlin with ASEAN Foundation Secretary-General H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn. Southeast Asia is the fastest-growing region in the MOM and supply chain software markets, and strategically important to us at TVINN.
The TVINN team has moved into new offices, and is being welcomed into the CHIC family. Bright, spacious rooms, a central location, and an infrastructure that had us up and running from day one: we carried in the last moving boxes just before the holidays and have since made ourselves at home.
At the second BPW awards, everyone present watched ten aspiring founding teams light up the stage. Beyond the jury and audience prizes, it became clear that Berlin and Brandenburg have big plans to further strengthen the innovative power of the entire metropolitan region.
At the 2nd BPW 2024 awards, the TVINN team fully won over the audience and took home the Audience Award. With its Digital Supply Chain Twin, the startup brings the right tools to steer companies’ value-creation systems more efficiently and more sustainably.
TU Berlin produces some of the most startup founders in Germany. What is it doing right? Who is it not for? A visit to the campus.
10 Anticipated Questions
TVINN is the Production Navigation System—a real-time operating layer that sits beside your ERP. It surfaces critical insights visually, lets planners replan with a single drag, and computes alternative scenarios when disruption hits, so teams decide at a glance instead of after hours of data work.
Production planners, supply-chain leaders and operations teams at industrial manufacturers—particularly those running SAP who face volatile demand and can no longer rely on a frozen planning horizon.
Your ERP is the System of Record—it stores what happened. TVINN sits next to it as the System of Agency, the layer that decides what to do next. We have our own data model, bridge logic for broken master data, and planning workflows that don’t exist in any ERP. A category shifts when the job changes—not when someone builds a prettier screen.
Yes. Fine Planning provides advanced machine scheduling, resource optimization and prioritization support; Material Flow keeps supply and demand balanced in real time with multi-level MRP and what-if planning.
We use AI where it earns its keep—smart automation, anomaly detection, scenario generation. But we always start from the problem, not the technology, then pick the best tool: sometimes a model, sometimes a deterministic solver, sometimes a sharper UI. AI is only as good as the foundation beneath it. We build reality first, then let AI amplify it.
